How do I get to the venue for the ceremony and reception?
A boat cruise departing promptly at 4:00 PM from the Coeur d'Alene Resort floating dock will transport guests to our wedding at the Hagadone Event Center. Please board the boat at 3:45 PM. We are excited for you to experience Lake Coeur d'Alene!
The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM on the lawn overlooking the lake outside the event center. Following the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour on the veranda. The reception will begin inside the Hagadone Event Center at 6:45 PM. As the reception concludes, shuttle buses will bring guests back to the CDA Resort.
If you must drive to the reception (not encouraged), you may park at the Hagadone Event Center by entering through the Coeur d'Alene Golf Course gate (address: 984-986 S Floating Green Drive, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814).
What time should I arrive for your wedding ceremony?
The boat will ensure guests arrive 15-30 minutes early to our ceremony. If you are not taking the boat, please ensure you arrive no later than 4:45 PM. Ushers will help guests to their seats. Once the ceremony begins, we will not allow late guests to join.

Do you have room blocks for any of the surrounding hotels?
Yes! More information about our hotel room block at the Coeur d'Alene Resort is under our site's "Travel" section (or click the button below). We will have transportation to and from the wedding site from this hotel. We encourage guests to stay at the Coeur d'Alene Resort for convenience.
What is the dress code for the wedding?
We want to see you get fancy! The dress code for our wedding is evening formal attire.
Ladies: Full-length or midi-length evening gowns are requested. We kindly ask that dresses fall below the knee. Formal separates (such as an evening top with palazzo pants or a formal skirt) are also welcome.
Gentlemen: Black tie optional - a dark suit and tie or tuxedo is appropriate.
What is the weather like in Coeur d'Alene in August?
The average temperature typically lies in the low-80s, cooling down in the late evening and early morning.
Can I bring a date to the wedding?
We will only be able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. We thank you for your understanding!
Are children invited to attend the wedding?
While our wedding ceremony and reception on Friday, August 8th will be an adults-only celebration, we are excited to include your little ones at our other wedding weekend events! Children are warmly welcome at both our Thursday evening welcome party and Saturday pool party. We hope this allows families to make arrangements for childcare on Friday while still having plenty of opportunities to celebrate together throughout the weekend.
How do I RSVP?
To RSVP, please visit our website's "RSVP" section (or click the button below). We are not sending RSVP cards with our invitations, so make sure you RSVP electronically! You will receive a confirmation email when your RSVP is complete.
When is the RSVP deadline?
We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than June 5, 2025. There are many moving pieces for our wedding and we need to have final head counts for our vendors!
Where should we bring/send wedding gifts?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can order from one of our gift registries linked on our website. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
What if I have a dietary requirement?
There will be an option to let us know when you electronically RSVP.
